New Limerick offices park renting at £12.50 per sq ft

Chesser Auctioneers of Limerick have begun marketing a new office park which is under construction at Dock Road in the city. Alberside Properties, part of the CMS Group are building a total of 107,000 sq ft in the first phase of the scheme. The three buildings, ranging 32,669 to 41,237 can be sub-divided to suit small to medium sized firms. Office suites will range upwards from 2,500 sq ft.

The agents are quoting rents of £12.50 and selling prices of £160 per sq ft for the buildings which will be handed over in shell condition. Alberside Properties paid £2 million for the site which was formerly used as Henshaws abbatoir.
