This weekend Noonan Developments are launching a new scheme of 56 four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, close to the Town Hall in Bray, Co Wicklow. Prices will start at £185,000 for the four-bedroom semis and from £280,000 for the four-bedroom detached models. A total of 36 houses to be released in the initial phase will be on sale through the Ross McParland agency. The Sans Souci site once formed part of the grounds of Loreto Convent and includes six acres of woodlands and open space.

The four-bedroom semi-detached houses at 1,680 sq ft are priced from £280,000 to £284,950. These have a hallway with guest cloakroom, sitting room with timber and slate fireplace as standard and an arch running through to the dining room. There are sliding doors out on to a patio. The maple kitchen units are in the fashionable Shaker style. Upstairs there are two double and two single bedrooms. The main bedroom is en suite. Some semi-detached houses have a garage as standard.

The four-bedroom detached house styles have 1,330 sq ft and cost from £184,550 to £230,000. There is a hallway with guest cloakroom, guest cloakroom and storage area and a study. The sitting room has a wood and cast iron fireplace. The kitchen is extra large in this house, also in Shaker-style units and with sliding glass doors to the garden. Upstairs there are four good-sized bedrooms, one of them with an en suite bathroom. The gardens in all the houses are landscaped and open plan to the front and levelled at the back with a flagged patio and timber fencing.
