Dublin house-builder Bryan Cullen has lodged a new application for a reduced development of four five-bedroom houses along with 70 apartments on a three-acre site at Woodview on Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock.
He bought the site last year for £8 million (€10.16m) and was turned down by the planners six months later for a scheme of 83 apartments. The site backs on to the listed houses of Waltham Terrace in Blackrock and forms part of a five-acre site owned by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart since 1968.
