Naas Road industrial sites

TWO industrial sites at the Western Business Park, off the Naas Road, Dublin 12, have been sold for around £180,000 per acre. Hamilton Osborne King has secured almost £470,000 for a site of 2.6 acres while an adjoining site of 1.8 acres made £325,000. The new owners plan to use the land for industrial units, which will be available for sale or for letting.
