Mullingar residential infill site to be auctioned in four lots

One of the last remaining residential infill sites within a half kilometre radius of Mullingar town centre is being auctioned in four lots through Hamilton Osborne King on October 5th. Mount Auburn is a period redbrick house on a 1.73 acre site with full planning permission for four apartments and four townhouses, as well as outline planning for three detached houses with road frontage. Subject to planning permission, the site would allow the development of a much higher density scheme.
