Mount Anville targeted for large mixed development

Dun Laoghaire Corporation is considering a planning application from JJ Jennings and Co for a mixed residential and commercial development at Roebuck Hill at Mount Anville Road, Mount Merrion, Dublin 14. The scheme will include 96 apartments and four commercial units in a three-storey and four-storey block. In Skerries, Heritage Properties has lodged a planning application to demolish 12 and 13 Holmpatrick, the Holmpatrick Hotel and the Clino Convalescent Clinic and replace it with a two-storey 53-bed nursing home. The development will also include 34 apartments.
