A NEW company specialising in craft brewing, Dublin Brewing Company, has taken a 20-year lease of a large warehouse building at North King Street near Smithfield, Dublin 7. The company is currently fitting out the 13,275-square-foot building, which was built as a soap factory by James Crean. Dublin Brewing plans to produce beer for the Irish market. Quinn Agnew acted for the owner of the building.
