The agents are quoting a guideline price of £750,900 (€953,446) for 1,540 sq ft of car showrooms occupied by Chris Fleming Cars and two overhead one-bedroom apartments. The showrooms are rented at £32,800 (€41,647) per annum while the rental accommodation would probably push the overall income to around £50,000 (€63,487). The investment goes to auction on May 9th.
