Some apartments are selling. Last weekend over 1,000 people showed up at the latest phase of Michael Cotter's Merton Hall development in Milltown, Dublin 6. Ronan O'Driscoll of Hamilton Osborne King was beaming from ear to ear after selling 41 of the 65 one and two-bedroom apartments on the former convent grounds. The one-beds made from £195,000 (€247,598) while the two-beds fetched from £255,000 (€323,783). Interestingly the prices had not risen since the first phase was launched.
