Michael Roden's Merrion Group has sold six retail investment properties occupied by Xtra-Vision at yield of between 5 and almost 9 per cent. The company secured around £380,000 (#482,000) for units in Milltown Shopping Centre which is rented at £20,000 (#25,400) per annum, and at the Village Centre in Castleknock, which is producing £18,500 (#23,495).

A shop at Coolock Village Centre rented at £22,000 (#27,940) made £410,000 (#520,700), while another unit at Ballyfermot Arcade, Ballyfermot, rented at £24,165 (#30,690), fetched £420,000 (#533,400). In the provinces, a shop at East Avenue, Killarney, rented at £21,000 (#26,670), sold for £300,000 (#381,000) while another one at Market Square in Kildare town, which is rented at £18,500 (#23,495), made £280,000 (#355,600).
