McInerney Construction will be offering out-of-town luxury with in-town convenience when it offers apartments and townhouses in a Limerick development this weekend. The Alandale Hall scheme, on South Circular Road, will comprise 19 ground floor apartments and 19 three-bedroom and four-bedroom duplex townhouses. All are extremely spacious with floor areas between 916 sq ft and 1,610 sq ft. The ground floor apartments have generous patios and gardens, while the duplex units have sizeable terraces. Show units open on Sunday afternoon next.
McInerney's was not in a position to give prices, apart from indicating that they would start at £124,500.
