Lucan showhouses for sale priced from £165,000

Three showhouses in the Willsbrook Woods development in Lucan go on the market today through Hooke & MacDonald. They are the last houses available in the 87 house scheme, which is located near Lucan village. A four-bedroom semi-detached showhouse is priced at £165,000, while two four-bedroom detached units, partially furnished, will cost £180,000 and £240,000. Fitzgibbon Brothers, who handled the scheme, have begun work on another large residential development at Larkfield, a few hundred yards from Willsbrook Woods.
