FRANCE:ONE TO three-bedroom sale and leaseback apartments are being sold from plans in Les Terrasses des Embiez a resort in a seaside town called Six-Fours, 30 minutes' from Toulon airport in Provence in the south of France.
There will be 107 30-59sq m (323-635sq ft) apartments in the scheme, costing from €168,000 to €320,000, all including furniture and parking spaces. They are close to the beach and harbour of the town, opposite the island of Embiez.
Owners will be able to use their apartments for up to six weeks, or have the choice of using their weeks in another of French developer Lagrange Group's other schemes. Les Terrasses des Embiez are being sold through Rush-based agent Key to France.
