SALES RESULTS:A THREE-BED period house with sea views over Killiney Bay and set on an acre of gardens - Ballycarbery, St George's Avenue, Killiney, Co Dublin - has been sold by private treaty through Savills HOK. The property had an asking price of €4.5 million last March. The asking price was reduced to €2.5 million in October.
In Monkstown, Co Dublin a four-bedroom two-storey over garden level period house - 5 Belgrave Square North - was withdrawn at auction yesterday through Lisney. The AMV was €1.95 million.
In Co Meath, a five-bedroom 18th century glebe house on five acres - The Glebe, Kilskyre - has been sold by private treaty through Colliers Jackson-Stops. The asking price was €2 million.
Elsewhere, a five-bedroom house on 10 acres, Ladytown Stables, Naas, Co Kildare, was withdrawn at €1.85 million and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.
In Co Kilkenny, a four-bed period house on two acres at Rathcusack, Bennettsbridge, was withdrawn at auction and sold after through FitzGerald Auctioneers. The AMV was €550,000.

In Dublin 7, a bookmakers with a two-bed apartment overhead was withdrawn at auction and agent Harper O'Grady is now seeking offers of €800,000 while in Dublin 2 the same agent sold after auction a barber shop at 36a Wexford Street.
