Dublin's Wicklow Street continues to change as more high profile traders plan to move in. Last fashion trader to agree terms to move in is Japan, which has paid a premium of £50,000 for one of the two units occupied by the Greek restaurant Taverna. Japan will be paying a rent in the late £20,000s for the 800 sq ft premises. Taverna will continue to trade next door. Other new traders in Wicklow Street include Cool Kids, Morgan and Shoe Rack. College Properties handled the letting to Japan.
