Another indication of the enhanced value of Georgian buildings in Dublin was provided this week with the sale of 12 Hume Street for around £700,000. Finnegan Menton sold the mid-terrace building in a private transaction to a private investor. It has 4,770 sq ft of space, comprised of 3,400 sq ft of lettable office space and a duplex apartment on the two top floors. Although the building is in good condition, the office space will require some upgrading.
