GUNNE is seeking about £250,000 for an office investment at Priory Hall, beside the Stillorgan Park Hotel, in south Dublin. The two-storey building has 1,337 square feet and four car-parking spaces. It is occupied by a marketing company, Gogan Properties, on a new 25-year lease at a rent of £22,000 per annum.

Gunne is also seeking £285,000 for three ground floor shops with two floors of offices overhead at 16, 17 and 18 Harcourt Road, Dublin 2. The rent roll is £27,000.
