Insurance firm to assign Mount Street lease

TOUCHLINE Insurance Company is to assign its leasehold interest in 7,320 square feet of office space and 16 car-parking spaces at No 2 Clanwilliam Court, Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2. Finnegan Menton says the offices, which occupy the entire ground floor, were refurbished in recent years and now have raised access floors, air conditioning, new ceilings and floors. The space is held under three separate leases at a total rent of £105,600 - equivalent to £12.20 per square foot.
