Inner city service station for sale by private treaty

One of the few remaining independent service stations in the inner city of Dublin is to be offered for sale by private treaty. Kieran Diamond of Ganly Walters is quoting a guideline price of around £2 million for Donnelly's service station at 41/47 Bride Street, beside Kevin Street Garda Station. The 7,000 sq ft site has 100 feet of frontage on to Bride Street. The owners' current agreement with fuel supplier Solus runs out next May.
