ICC Bank has secured close to the asking price of £820,000 for Drury Court, a modern retail and office investment at Drury Street, Dublin 2. The six storey building with a total floor area of 8,500 square feet is let on six separate long term leases to tenants who include the House of Cane, Pepe Jeans, Lee Cooper and McQuillan, chartered accountants. The current rent of £83,800 will produce a yield of 9.4 per cent for the new owner, who was represented by Waterford agent O'Shea O'Toole & Partners. Sherry FitzGerald handled the sale for ICC.
