Apartments will have either a river or a courtyard view.
Fit out at Richmond Hall will include Italian kitchens complete with granite work-tops and electrical appliances. Floor tiling will be standard in all kitchens and bathrooms.
Underground car parking is available for €20,000 and will be accessed via electronic gates straight off Richmond Road. The units in this phase are due for completion by autumn 2006, according to the selling agent.
Maintenance is expected to be in the region of €850 for one-bedroom apartments and €1,050 for two-bedroom apartments.
This is the first residential development by builder M&P Construction's Corrmount Partnership. But M&P have been involved in commercial developments in Dublin for many years.
