Irish company Pivotal Property International (PPI) is launching Franca Villa, where two-bedroom apartments cost from €111,000 to €130,000. The second scheme, Sabbia de Marinella, is a low-rise building with two-bedroom apartments from €119,540 to €158,000.
Both schemes are in a rustic style. Franco Villa includes a pool, tennis courts, on-site hotel, restaurants and games room. Sabbia de Marinella has gardens and nearby bars and restaurants.
