Herbert Place infill site with planning could take £550,000

A small infill site with full planning permission for five townhouses, a two-bedroom apartment and a retail unit at Herbert Place, Irishtown, Dublin 4, is expected to make over £550,000 (€698,360) when it is auctioned by Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne on June 13th. The site has frontage on to Bath Street and Pembroke Street in addition to Herbert Place, and would suit an individual pension fund, according to the agents.
