DAVID Gill (right), formerly a director of James Adam and Sons, has set up his own practice as a property consultant and valuer. A chartered surveyor, he has extensive experience of both the Irish and UK property markets, particularly in the retail and office sectors.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mr Gill will act for a number of clients which he advised while with Adams. This is by agreement with the company. James Adam and Sons will continue as estate agents and valuers, in addition to its main fine art business. Mr Gill's new practice will be based at 9 Clare Street, Dublin 2.
