Park West: from €234,995 Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is launching another 50 units at the successful Park West Pointe development beside the Park West Business Park in west Dublin.
Two-bedroom apartments of 61-86 sq m (657-926 sq ft) are priced from €234,995 to €294,995 while three-bedroom apartments of 108.5-152 sq m (1,168-1,636 sq ft) range in price from €382,500 to €425,000.
Located in the Academy Building, this latest phase of apartments come with fitted kitchens, high speed lifts to all floors, downlighters in livingrooms and most units have either balconies or terraces. Completion dates for this phase are from winter 2005 to April 2006 while the scheme has already notched up some €80 million in sales so far.
