First-time buyers will be interested in a new apartment and duplex development launching this weekend in Ashbourne, Co Meath, with prices starting at £123,000 (€156,180) for a two-bedroom own-door apartment.

Kilderry Hall is located on the Slane Road, in walking distance of the town. The development is composed of six blocks in an enclosed landscaped area fronting on to the Slane Road. Half of the 60 units in the new scheme are being sold in this first phase.

Mid-terrace two-bedroom apartments measuring around 620 sq ft cost £123,000 (€156,180) and those at the end of the block are £127,000 (€161,260). Three-bedroom duplex apartments of 1,000 sq ft are priced at £137,950 (€175,160) for mid-block units and £142,950 (€181,509) for end duplexes.

Exteriors are brick, and with bay windows on the gables. Selling points include good quality fitted kitchens, Regency-panelled doors, molded skirtings and a standard fireplace. The private gardens and own hall doors - not often available at first-time-buyer price levels - are likely to be a plus with apartment-buyers.
