DUBLIN property developer, John Ronan, has secured planning permission for a £10 million hotel at 1 Burlington Road, Dublin 4. The 148-bedroom hotel will occupy a site which has been vacant for many years. The four-star hotel is to be leased to a major international chain or it will be run on a joint venture basis with Mr Ronan.
Designed by Henry J. Lyons and Partners, the hotel will vary between three and five storeys and will have a basement car park. Mr Ronan was refused planning permission for a 55,000 square bet office block before he opted for a hotel.
