The Phillips Partnership is launching a new scheme of 33 detached four-bedroom bungalows on the outskirts of Wicklow town this weekend.

Prices will range from £235,000 and £280,000 for two different styles in the Seacliff development, which is on the coast overlooking the sea.

Just one type of bungalow is ready for viewing on site, with the second style booking from plans.

A second showhouse is under construction.

The smaller bungalow is 1,700 sq ft and priced from £235,000, depending on position on the site. Cottage-style squared window-panes and a low roof create an attractive impression.

The larger bungalows selling from plans are 2,400 sq ft and cost from £280,000.

Seacliff is south of the town, just over one mile from Wicklow's main street, and within easy reach of the beaches at Brittas Bay. The train station in the town is about five minutes by car.

Viewing will take place this Saturday and Sunday from 3.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
