Five-bedroom homes at The Old Mill, Fairyhouse Road, Ratoath, Co Meath, have been selling well with 69 sales to date in all. Three different house styles are on offer with prices starting from £228,000 for a five-bed two-storey home with approximately 1,900 sq. ft. A five-bed dormer bungalow of 1,923 sq. ft costs £230,000, and only one of these remains for sale. The biggest of the homes is 2,000 sq. ft and costs from £265,000. Houses are expected to be completed before the end of the year.
