A family trust is to pre-fund an £8 million office building at Sandyford Industrial Estate in Co Dublin. The four-storey building will have 30,000 sq ft of space on four levels with 59 car-parking spaces in the basement. It is due to be completed in January next. The developers will be a Cork-based company, Vestoland Ltd., which acquired the site on Ballymoss Road, close to the junction with Carmanhall Road. It will be within 100 metres from a proposed stop for the LUAS light rail system.
