Edgeworthstown hotel to make over £1.2 million

The 21-bedroom Park Hotel at Edgeworthstown, Co Longford, is expected to make in excess of £1.2 million when it is auctioned on July 14th by Hamilton Osborne King and Edward J Bohan. The two-star hotel has been extensively renovated over the years and has a restaurant capable of seating 50 diners and a ballroom and a banqueting suite to cater for 400 people.
