Developer pays £600,000plus

A developer has paid in excess of £600,000 for an industrial site of 1.12 acres at Stanaway Drive, Crumlin, Dublin 12. There industrial buildings with a floor area of 21,000 square feet on the site. Planning permission has been granted for redevelopment to accommodate four units with a floor area of 24,826 square feet. The site was sold by tender through the Agar agency.
