A SMALL apartment complex in Bray is launching this week with prices for one-beds from €420,000 and for two-beds from €520,000 through H J Byrne estate agents.
The Southpoint scheme, brainchild of Bray-based Kinsella Interiors, is on the company's site on the main street near the townhall.
Designed by HKR Architects and with interior design by Greg Kinsella, the complex is modelled on a boutique hotel concept, resulting in a chic and well designed living space. There are 27 apartments in phase one, and 10 apartments and a duplex in phase two.
Retail units make up the ground level and there is an underground car-park with spaces for each apartment and direct lift access.
