Company meets its match with £1.5m unit in Ballycoolin

Swedish Match, which formerly traded as Maguire & Patterson, has bought a new industrial facility at North West Business Park at Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. The company paid over £1.5 million for a newly developed unit of 24,000 sq. ft completed by Park Developments. Two years ago, Swedish Match secured £4.5 million for a half-acre site at Hammond Lane, off Smithfield, Dublin 7, which was bought by Dublin Corporation. Hamilton Osborne King handled both deals.
