Claire's Accessories, the American retailer specialising in fashion accessories, has paid premiums of over £500,000 (635,000) for the leasehold interests in three stores operated by Paco. The 1,000 sq ft units are at St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre where the rent is around £100,000 (127,000); Blanchardstown Town Centre, where the £50,000 (63,500) rent is due to be reviewed this autumn, and Cruises Street in Limerick, where the rent is around £40,000 (51,000).

Negotiations are continuing to take over a fourth Paco store. Claire's Accessories is planning to double the number of outlets here to 20 over the coming months. It is advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.

Also in Dublin, two long-vacant 1,800 sq ft retail units in the Irish Life Mall have been let to L'Avenue Hair &Beauty and Keith Prowse Travel at £20,000 (25,400) per annum. Palmer McCormack handled the lettings.
