Canada Life offices get Pounds 6 million upgrade

MORE than Pounds 6 million has been spent on the refurbishment of St Martin's House office block at the junction of Waterloo Road and Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 4.standard for its new tenants, Canada Life. A running track has been provided on the roof as part of the fit-out. The building is owned by Friends Provident and rented to Canada Life at Pounds 300,000 per year under a new 25-year lease.
