TWO Dublin businessmen have made over £1 million within two years on the sale of offices on St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2. The 13,000-square-foot building at 46 St Stephen's Green was bought from New Ireland Assurance for less than £2 million after the Ulster Bank vacated it. Irish Life paid a premium to the businessmen for assuming responsibility for the lease. They subsequently acquired the freehold and have now agreed a sale to Harrington Bannon, acting for the purchaser. Sherry FitzGerald acted for the businessmen.
