Bray property with tax breaks on the market

A commercial property investment with tax breaks in Bray, Co Wicklow, has come on the market through the local office of Jackson-Stops.

Gordon Lennox of the agency is quoting in excess of £400,000 for two interlinking shops at the rear of Bray Town Hall which carry combined capital allowances of over £300,000. The shops have a total floor area of 1,800 sq ft and are being sold on behalf of the long established house furnishing company Edward Carroll and Co. The shops are to be sold in either one lot or as separate units when they go to tender on March 9th.
