Druker Fanning & Partners has secured in excess of £750,000 (€952,303) after auction for Drumcree on Herbert Road in Bray, Co Wicklow. The large detached five-bedroom house, which was withdrawn from auction at £700,000 (€888,816), has secluded landscaped gardens.
Elsewhere in Co Wicklow, a 4.5-acre site at Slanelough, Ashford, was withdrawn by A S Delahunt which is seeking £80,000 (€101,579).
In Cabinteely, Co Dublin, St Martin's, a four-bedroom detached house on Old Bray Road, was withdrawn at £405,000 (€514,243) and sold later for a higher figure by Jackson-Stops.
In Sandycove, Lisney sold two properties at auction yesterday - a Victorian house arranged in seven units at 4 Eden Park, made £520,000 (€660,263), while at 28 Dundela Park a five-bedroom detached house sold for £510,000 (€647,566).
Still in Sandycove, 3 Newtownsmith, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn at £400,000 (€507,895) by Sherry FitzGerald.
A six-bedroom end-of-terrace house, Jasonville House at 3 Brighton Terrace, Monkstown, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £895,000 (€1.13m).
In Booterstown, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 34 St Helen's Road was withdrawn at £480,000 (€609,474) by Lisney and sold later for a higher figure.
A detached house at 1 Rosemount Crescent, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, was sold at a Lisney auction for £430,000 (€545,987).
Also in Clonskeagh, 4 Vergemount Hall, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £750,000 (€952,303).

In Rathgar, a four-bedroom Victorian house at 18 Kenilworth Square was withdrawn at £1m (€1.26m) by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £1.35m (€1.71m).
