Bray development site

An article profiling Bray in last week's Property Supplement stated that a large development on the site of the old golf course at Ravenswell would include housing, as well as a theatre, hotel and other structures. In fact, An Bord Pleanala has turned down permission for the housing element of the scheme, which was to be developed by Newlyn, not O'Dwyers as stated in the article.
