Lisney is quoting a price of around £1.1 million for 132 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, a high-profile corner building in retail and restaurant and office use. The property, which goes to auction on September 29th, is currently producing a rental of £65,320 from the restaurant and shop on the ground floor, along with office accommodation in the basement, ground and two upper floors. William Fennelly of Lisney reports that the property has excellent rental growth potential and is let off very low passing rents.
