Apartments, townhouses in Cavan from £110,000

Headfort Place, the first phase of a development of new homes in Deerpark, Virginia, Co Cavan goes on sale this weekend with prices starting at £120,000 for three-bedroom townhouses and £110,000 for two-bedroom apartments. When the development is complete it will have 58 units. The houses have stone fronts, mahogany sash windows and natural slate roofs. There will be four 1,300-sq-ft townhouses and two 900-sq-ft apartments for sale in the first phase, built on the site of the old Virginia national school. The showhouse opens this Sunday at 2 p.m.
