Apartments planned for £2.35m old tram yard site

A Dublin developer is to seek planning permission for 24 apartments and two retail units on a site in Dalkey which it bought at a Gunne auction last week for £2.35 million. The piece of land is located behind the Queen's bar on Castle Street and was originally used as a yard and turning point for the Dalkey tram.
