Co Wicklow: from €355,000Ten apartments go on sale this week at a development off Bray's main street: there will be two one-bedroom apartments and eight two-beds in Aubrey Court, Parnell Road, Bray, Co Wicklow costing from €355,000.

The 34-apartment development ticks all the right location boxes, immediately off Bray's main street in a residential road of mature homes 10 minutes' walk from Bray Dart station.

Ten apartments have been sold pre-launch, with most interest coming from families trading down in Bray.

Built by Duggan Brothers, the architect is John Fleming and selling agent is Hassett & Fitzsimons. The development will be available for occupation in March 2008.

Most of the 73sq m (785sq ft) two-bed apartments cost €485,000; there are two smaller two-beds at €470,000 each and one larger two-bed for €495,000. Accommodation comprises a hall with storage, an open-plan living area with a balcony off it and a dining alcove; the livingroom opens into a fitted galley kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and fitted storage.

All kitchens have a fridge freezer, built-in hob/oven unit, integrated dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The cream- painted cupboards are finished to a high gloss; the worktops are black granite and there's granite floor tiling.

The en suite bathrooms outfitted in cream marble further emphasise the clean, crisp design brief. All internal doors are in American oak, with painted timber frames and architraves and satin-finished ironmongery.

Two penthouse apartments - one of 74sq m (796sq ft), the other 76sq m (818sq ft) - cost €545,000, and €540,000 respectively.

Of the seven apartments with one bedroom, prices range from €355,000 for the smallest 42sq m (452sq ft) unit and €370,000 for one ground floor apartment; three 50.8sq m (547sq ft) units cost €380,000, and two 57sq m (613sq ft) units cost €390,000.

The gardens are landscaped. Most of the apartments face south or have a dual aspect. An underground car-park provides one parking space for each apartment and there are nine visitor spaces. An elevator services all floors from the car-park. The complex has security gates, and each apartment will have a video intercom security system.
