D11 from €235,000: A brand new development of apartments and duplexes is launching today at Lanesborough Crescent, located in Meakstown, Dublin 11.

McPeake Auctioneers is handling sales of the entire 36 units at this small scheme, which is at the entrance to a larger Lanesborough scheme off St Margaret's Road.

The Lanesborough site is just past Finglas village, very close to the M50 and airport, an area served by a city bus route.

Prices range from €235,000 for two-bedroom apartments of 67 sq m (729 sq ft). Three-bed duplex units extend to 108 sq m (1,168 sq ft) and cost from €275,000.

The development is laid out in two three-storey blocks, with two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and three-bedroom duplexes overhead.

Exteriors are of brick and render.

Layouts of the own-door two-bedroom units vary slightly, with an open-plan sitting/diningroom and galley kitchen off.

Both bedrooms are a fair size. Each apartment comes with its own west-facing patio which, in turn, opens to a communal landscaped area.

The layout of the duplexes consists of hall and kitchen-cum-breakfastroom to the front and and a sittingroom which spans the width of the apartment at the back.

The sittingroom opens onto a west-facing balcony.

In six of the duplexes, the attic space has been opened up and Velux windows fitted, providing an extra 46 sq m (495 sq ft) of useable space. Some apartments and duplexes are ready for occupation right away, others will be completed by early next year.
