Douglas Newman Good is indicating a guideline price of £300,000 for Harleys Leisure Centre at 111 Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin 6, which is to be auctioned on March 6th. The mainly single storey retail premises has 2,128 square feet on the ground floor and a further 272 square feet at first floor level. The agents say that while the building is currently trading as an amusements arcade, it could be subdivided into two shops.
