Gunne Commercial expects to secure around £2.6 million for 75 ready-to-go house sites at Aylesbury, Tallaght, Dublin 24, when they are auctioned on April 12th.
The purchaser will be able to start immediately on the development which will be be located in an attractive area overlooking the River Dodder with the Dublin mountains in the background. The site will be within one mile of the Tallaght by-pass and within a few minutes drive of the M50 interchange.
