USApartmentsOver 500 one and two-bedroom apartments in twin 53-storey cylindrical blocks in the centre of Miami are being released this week through Rathfarnham-based GPK Overseas Properties.
Due for completion in two years, these apartments will be in the Premier Towers development at Brickell Village in Miami's central business district and near rail links. The apartments, which are from the 15th floor up, have views over the city and the Atlantic.
A wide range of one and two-bedroom apartments in many styles are on offer: apartments vary in size from 83.6-120.7 sq m (900-1,300 sq ft) and cost from €230,000-€600,000, including one car-parking space. Each tower has a swimming pool and gym. Nine feet high ceilings will be the norm while penthouse ceilings will be 18ft high. Apartments come with 9ft wide balconies.
GPK Overseas Properties will also be releasing two further apartment schemes in Florida. Onyx 2 is a waterfront apartment development in Miami of 117 one, two and three-bed units ranging from $560,000-$2 million (around €423,904-€1.513 million); the Opera House development in West Palm Beach is a large apartment scheme with over 400 units priced from $450,000-$1 million (around €340,636-€757,110).
