£300,000-plus expected for office at Sundrive Road

Lisney expects to secure over £300,000 for the former First National Building Society branch office at 1 Sundrive Road, Kimmage, Dublin 6W, which is to be auctioned on September 29th. First National is relocating to another premises on Sundrive Road. The three-storey mid-terrace premises dates from the 1950s and has a floor space of 1,600 sq ft, including 850 sq ft on the ground floor. It is next door to AIB, opposite the Sundrive Shopping Centre.

Lisney is also selling a shop with overhead apartment at 102 Nutgrove Avenue, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14. The retail area has 660 sq ft but could be extended by a further 2,000 sq ft. The guideline price in this case is over £400,000.
