Lambert Smith Hampton is quoting around £3 million sterling for an 11-acre housing development site which is being sold by Newtownabbey Borough Council at O'Neill's Road in Glengormley north of Belfast. The site is on either side of the dual carriageway and has views southwards over Belfast Lough towards the city.

It consists of a 9.19-acres site which is currently in use as a council depot and another site of 1.69-acres beside the new Children's Hospice. The land is for sale at auction on June 29th.
